  These dogs should be kept inside, but the owners have stated that they do not care if the sound of the dogs permeate the walls of the surrounding neighbors. This See Click Fix system needs to be fixed to ensure government accountability.

  The family that lives at 1816 Grand Street leave the dogs alone every evening outside in a metal enclosure and the dogs go crazy and bark continuously. No one is going to do anything about this?

  The two dogs at 1816 Grand Street continue to bark between 10 pm and 5 am in the morning.

  The two Great Pyrenees at 1816 Grand Street bark loudly outside of their front screen door and open rear windows every night between the hours of 10 pm and 5 am when their owners, Richard M. Casuga and Roxanne Tan (aka Marie aka Red Tan) leave home for the evening. On the evening of Friday, August 12th, the Casugas left their dogs home alone until 2:00 am Saturday morning barking out of their rear open window. We are asking for the City of Alameda to respond to this noise complaint. Their is a separate complaint from another neighbor on Eagle Avenue about this residence.

  The one Great Pyrenees dog at 1816 Grand Street is barking loudly outside of their front screen door and open rear windows every night between the hours of 8 pm and 2 am when their owners, Richard M. Casuga and Roxanne Tan (aka Marie aka Red Tan) leave home for the evening. On the evening of Saturday, October 7th, the Casugas left their dog home alone until 2:00 am Saturday evening barking out of their rear open window from 11pm until 4am. We are asking for the City of Alameda to respond to this noise complaint. There is a separate complaint from another neighbor on Eagle Avenue about the two dogs at this residence. The loud dog barking is impacting the sleep of families and enjoyment of their homes.
