I live at 10101 NE Knight Road. We share an easement road with three other houses. The property west of the easement road is 10071 NE Knight Road ("10071 property").

I just walked down the easement road about 30 minutes ago and saw a man working with an excavator on the 10071 property. When I asked, he said the owners of 10071 are installing a storm-water system to keep their property from flooding when it rains. He then pointed out that the cistern is going to drain through a pipe running under our easement road. He said his boss told him they have all the necessary permissions for the job.

I haven't had an opportunity to talk to the neighbors who share the easement road. But, no one asked us for permission to have this encroachment on our shared property. The trespass by the 10071 property is problematic in itself. On top of that, we already have problems with excess water on the easement road as a result of developing other land to the west. I don't want to have more water problems, particularly from a project that may not have even been properly permitted.
