The intersection sight distance analysis from August 30th, 2022 found the line of sight was clear when looking left from Northbound Valley Road.
A new investigation was performed on February 24th, 2023 and found the line of sight was obstructed by the bushes on a private property. A sight distance letter will be mailed out on or about March 3rd.

Okay thank you for performing the new investigation this week. I believe the bushes obstructing the sight distance span both private property and County ROW, so hopefully the resident clears everything necessary to make this intersection safe.
