Description
Sewer cap at intersection of clarion 5 Nelson Ferry is loose & when cars drive over 20 mph down the street it creates a loud noise... The city fixed this issue previously on another cap which worked out great... I will call the police dept as well & see if they can help slow the traffic down

If it's actually for sewage, then Dekalb Watershed would be the one to call. The city would be involved for one relating to stormwater. I think it should say on the cover what it's for.
