We have reported this issue to National Grid, as we cannot touch anything in the wires. That downed wire looks like a Comcast wire a call was put in to them also.

Yes I know, I was just going through my notes and cleaning up old open tickets.

This was forwarded on to National Grid at the time, I was told it was addressed.

Has it not been? I can certainly reach out to Grid again.

I submitted a more recent one concerning tree branches over and under wires across the street from us. There is also a large tree that fell and not sure if other trees that it came into contact with are safe. This lot is across the street from us and I was told that the city owns it. That has not been addressed. It looks like a tree war zone. Thanks, James
