Trash barrels enclosure at rear of parking Lot behind 54 Market St. & behind 210 Columbia St. haven't enough trash barrels for so many residents as well as more trash barrels needed in alleyway between 204/210 Columbia St. & alleyway between 200/204 Columbia St. Rats in the trash bags on top of full trash barrels on Wednesdays and Tuesdays before Thursday streets trash collection
