Deskripsyon

Parents waiting for kids to get out of school park in the driving lanes blocking regular traffic. Happens daily. Witnessed several almost head on collisions when people go into oncoming lanes to get around these people parked in the street. They actually put thier cars in park and wait!!

Give the violators a citation for obstructing traffic or parking on the traveled portion of the highway. Maybe after a few of them pay a stiff fine for their inconsiderate actions the word will get out and the problem will be solved.

these people act like its there right to absolutely block parking lot and when thats twisted up they block the street
