Description

22 cars are parked on sidewalk blocking pedestrian traffic on both Sides of Brooks street (red arrows). Motorhome RV running engine 24/7 parked on a city street (blue arrow). Abandoned cars full of combustible materials with no registration or license plate (Orange arrows).

This is to keep track of inaction by Perking Enforcement Department and JCFD Fire prevention unit. The house next to pink tent was set on fire due to negligence on the part Mike Mecca tenants and lack of enforcement in 2018.
