Description

Some lovely person left a large tarp loaded with yard waste/branches in the road. It is nicely (and dangerously) blocking about half of the street, right at a sharp bend in the road, forcing drivers to have to go into oncoming traffic as they go around it.

Well, because of how long it took for the city to get to this, some jackass ended up dumping this pile of yard waste and branches down into my property, making it my problem now. Thanks.
