Hey! It's summer. I doubt this is a complicated issue to fix, please do it! parks and Recreation should have planned this pump to be operating by July at least.

Almost the whole summer has passed and the City, sadly has not done their job. If it's so hard to service a pump installed for kids at a park then, why we need to have one? Why the City doesn't objected the design of the park? It's kind of frustrating to see with having to much talented people living here, that we as a community could NOT find any way to solve this issue. If the City can't organize that maybe the City should look for help at the UofM... Or some other park related organization.

This doesn't show up on the map. It's near the Gallup Canoe livery building.

I would like to add this pump did not break it failed because children literally wore the pump out. I looked this pump up and a whole pump brand new is less than 2k$. So why is it still broken? This is one of the few, if only, public waterplay parks in Ann Arbor. My son loved this pump and I am sure other IEP kiddos love it just as much. The fact that Ann arbor cares so little for families with small children is making me reconsider living here. We do not even have a public splash pad !!!

If A2 is to live up to its self-described reputation as a great place to live, then it has to put "and to raise children" in that description too. Fix or replace this pump - a response is way beyond overdue!

Please fix this pump. It's a shame kids haven't been able to enjoy it on these hot summer days.

Staff is planning to have the pump up and working in the spring.
