Increase loitering around CHA property, inside and outside of gates even though it says no trespassing, These people do not live in the area, also unknown cars are parking in parking spaces of residents or blocking cars in, these people guys and girls come onto the property sit on the steps at the back entryway yo smoke drugs! Something needs to be done before it gets out of hand!
