I don't believe there is any such address; it may be 4305, where we have had ongoing problems with improperly parked trucks and cars for many months, none of them solved by the city. If it's overgrown grass, there is no telling which house it is.
Update from Codes: a Notice of Prohibited Conditions (overgrowth) was posted at the property on 8/25. The property owner has 10 days to comply - reinspection is scheduled for 9/8.
