  Thank you for contacting us.
  Unfortunately, we did not have the correct lid in stock, so our technician installed a temporary cover. I have spoken to the Superintendent. He is aware of the issue and it is on our list for repairs and will be dealt with as soon as possible.

  The temporary lid has now come lose and people are tripping on the raised bolts that are extending beyond the cover.
