We are senior citizens who have no heat or hot water since the winter began. My husband who is 78 contracted a terrible cold. At our age every cold is a serious matter. We can not afford to get sick.Please help us. We have suffered with this issue for the last 25 years as the landlord has harrassed us to leave.

Please first call 311 to file an official complaint with the city housing authority. Then post the name and phone number of your building management and we will call them on your behalf.
