Description
At the intersection of 8th and Ivy Drive, there is a small cul-de-sac that is often abused by people parking their cars. Often people double park within the cul-de-sac, making it impossible for people to get out of their homes if they live in the cul-de-sac. People also often park in front of the cul-de-sac, blocking access in our out.
