The fountains as the community garden do not work either... only the dog water portion

Please repair this water fountain. Why have the infrastructure remain when the service (water) is absent? Humans and their animals will definitely use this community resource, if available. There’s a dog training studio very close to this fountain and the fountain is along the heavily trafficked Decatur greenway.
