Problem is that the auditorium, the phone company and the old YMCA are tagged repeatedly. With impunity. As is the whole downtown. The vandals know they won’t get caught. If they are apprehended and charged, the state’s attorney lets them off easy.
The net result the Queen City has been transformed into Graffiti City. Wake up residents and vote the Progressives out of power.
