I’m curious as to who feels this sign being down has now become a concern? The wood 4x4 mounting post rotted off at ground level at least 15 years ago. The sign is located on Howard County Park Recreation and Parks property, and I know for a fact that HC Rec & Parks employee Charlie Peregoy has seen the rotted off post and sign lying on the ground many times when doing property inspections over that time period.

We are then "curious" as to why Howard County paid for the sign in the first place and "curious" as to why a Howard County and yourself have left the sign down "15 years" and not discarded it.

It is not my property to maintain. In addition, it is against the law to either place anything on or to remove anything from Howard County Recreation and Parks property. They issue citations having a fine to anyone who does so.
