this piece of metal is close to F.ave, where you have a lot of foot traffic and kids bicycling. seems unsafe to have a jagged piece of metal that's anchored into the ground and sticking up out of the ground in this location. if there isn't going to be a new sign placed here, can it be cut at the base?
