Hi Rose - can you advise as to when/how the town decides to resurface the entire road? Fremont is a mess of small potholes and irregularities. I realize it's not a major thoroughfare, but I was wondering at which point it becomes more expedient to resurface? Also, did you see my question regarding our driveway (also faces on Fremont), rather than arguing about who owns what, can we simply pay you to dump some hot-patch into the pothole in front of our garage?
