Thank you for voicing your concerns. There are several retention/detention ponds that lead into this tributary. I inspected two of them yesterday and they were in good working order. I will be investigating further tomorrow as it rains to try and determine the sediment source. I was not able to detect any sort of foul smell while inspecting the area.

The city's land disturbance inspectors will check upstream construction sites to verify that construction BMPs are in normal working order.
