Description

Starting with the winter thaw the roadside ditch along Clark road will be completely flooded, including our neighbor's driveway with standing water until we go through a drought in the summer. Standing water all Spring, Fall and most of summer which breeds all kinds of disgusting crap and floods at least twice a year.

Q. Please describe the drainage problem. Are leaves, dirt or debris blocking it? Is the problem creating standing water?
A. When Clark road was redone a few years back the ditches were not properly graded so it never drains.
