This dumpster that's currently stored forward the front building line and now with a recent and completely non-compliant DUMPSTER enclosure addition.
That was added WITHOUT an approved BUILDING PERMIT issued.
This DUMPSTER and enclosure remains a reoccurring violation. Also a new code violation for construction without plans submitted and approved. When the ORDERED TO CORRECT by the Special Magistrate was not met !

A dumpster and a non-compliant dumpster enclosure addition are located forward the front building line at this subject property. The code 124 - 124 and also code section 124- 123, both are being violated in county employees are knowingly an intentionally ignoring these facts all in an attempt to benefit the property owners of this subject property.

The picture you posted. I was loading finished product to be delivered. Of which, loading and unloading is 100% allowable at any warehouse building. That's the whole concept, you do your business inside and when you're done it leaves the property.
You can keep trying to twist the facts. While the property owners, you and the other tenants continue to ignore the very mandatory County codes language that's obviously being violated by the property owners and each of you there, everyday.

Wasn't aware at that point in time that the dumpster was a code violation. The reality is, it is a violation.You just won't accept the fact that county officials did issue a notice of violation for the dumpster placement & storage area and for not having the code required 12 ft by 12 ft concrete slab. Just as the code clearly reads and is required to have 8 ft high walls and Gates beyond the 12x12 minimum interior slab. And the code also requires the dumpster enclosure wall materials must match the building facade. Of which, none of the dumpster enclosure minimum requirements exist. Nor did they apply for and get approval for the non-compliant efforts they made to wrap the current dumpster location with wood fence panels. And Dan Smith, a County CE officer has lied that the dumpster codes minimum requirements have been met.
As far as the property's required continuous hedge. That does not exist. County also issued a notice of violation for failure to maintain the required continuous hedge along the entire frontage facing Gant... If you look at the original property's Site drawing. That's also submitted into public record with the notice of violations issued. That Site Plan shows the continuous hedge is required along the entire frontage facing Gantt and still does not exist. Also, I've presented numerous times, the County's definition code section 90-96.- for a hedge. That applies when Industrial property abuts Residential properties or is across the street from Residential properties...
The Hedge code requires plants planted every 36 in on center. With the exception of a 5 foot setback the driveway, on both sides.
So, You keep ignoring the obvious mandatory code language that's not being enforced, it's very apparent that you are ignoring the governing code requirements.
And the codes that I've been quoting. All were in effect/governing since 1975 , more than 10 years prior to the property being developed.
That's why if you view the original approved site plan. It shows the continuous hedge across the entire frontage of the property facing Gantt and it also shows the dumpster storage area in the rear yard with a enclosure around it.
Something new, I didn't realize until recently. The off street parking lot has a required handicap parking space required in the first parking space closest to Gantt.

Explain how requesting enforcement of the codes 124-123. & 124-124. is retaliation. When, both codes clearly read there shall be no storage forward the front building line when the subject property (757 Gantt av.) abuts residential properties or is across the street from residential properties.

Thank goodness for cameras and mandatory codes. Now, we just need honest public servants and some respectful tenants, that are willing to follow the County's Land Use Regulations that exist to protect the abutting residential neighbors interests.
