    Especially, when the onsite proof is conclusive. That the subject property's owners HAVE NOT not met the Sarasota County's minimum requirements for code compliance for all three Notice Of Violation Counts issued.
    After Dan Smith has went as far as to state and publicly record a Certificate Of Compliance: That he's ascertained that the Respondents have voluntarily met compliance on all three Counts.     Has (05) five shipping cargo containers stored and are being used for/as storage buildings or structures and or both, on this property.
    Sarasota County Code section 124-73.6. prohibits such uses.

    Also, this property's owners are still violating the Notice Of Violation issued Nov. 06th, 2020. With a ORDER TO CORRECT ( " cease all operations at 701 Gantt av. by Nov. 20th 2020 ." ) They failed to do so... AND then, a Special Magistrate ordered on March 05th, 2021. For Plycrete Company, " To stop all operations at 701 Gantt av by Dec. 02, 2021 " and they've failed stop operating at the subject property...and are now being fined daily for failing to comply. The fine was ordered by the County's Special Magistrate at the Jan. 14, 2022 Penalty Hearing.

    These storage/shipping containers and an awful lot more illegal and prohibited land uses are occurring at this property.

    Now, look at the photos of the subject property located at: 757 Gantt av. .
    This property received a Notice Of Violations, Dec.16, 2020.
    The N.O.V. has a ORDER TO CORRECT., COUNT #2.
    It requires a CONTINUOUS HEDGE ALONG THE ENTIRE FRONTAGE OF THE PROPERTY FACING GANTT AVENUE.

    Look at the before and after (Dan's recorded CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE) photos of the supposedly now compliant CONTINUOUS HEDGES.
    Dan Smith has lied to the public/ Gantt av. residents and worse. He has publicly filed false information as the truth... Violating F.S. 838.022.

    This Code Enforcement Complaint has not been properly investigated and publicly recorded, nor have any County employees associated ever provided COMPLAINT SITE PHOTOS of this Gantt av. County road. That's now paved with reinforced concrete, more than 70 lineal feet of County roadway x 30 ft. wide.
    This County road prior this unpermitted concrete. Was ONLY an asphalt paved County road. A citizen/eyewitness photoed this unpermitted work and the Planning and Develop. Director has disregarded the testimony and photos from the witness. Then he lied that a CLASS H driveway apron existed prior to the concrete pour.
    A BIG FAT LIE BY A COUNTY EMPLOYEE.
    Public Records has provided that in fact the FAKE/COUNTERFEIT Apron permit does not have the civil drawings or the other prior to any R.O.W. work commencing required procedures completed and submitted with that planted/FAKE Driveway Apron Permit. Of which, has absolutely no relevance towards the required to be applied for and reviewed for the CLASS D R.O.W. Roadway Permit required for the same concrete poured on both lanes of County Rd., Gantt av.. At the same pour for/ with the Driveway Apron. In the middle of the night hours...

    We have some serious corruption and crime occurring. When several associated County employees are violating F.S. 838.022, MISUSE OF PUBLIC OFFICE.
    AND NOT A SINGLE COUNTY EMPLOYEE WILL BLOW THE WHISTLE...
    When again, just days ago, 01-05-2022. LDS/Land and Development Services has altered my complaint description on/from the originally phoned in Feb.16, 2021 CE Complaint # 21 109230 00 11.
    And they've now addressed/entered into this CE complaint's Status as: UNFOUNDED.
    To make matters worse. I have repeatedly informed the County Administrator and he's ignoring this citizen/eyewitness testimony and the Public Records that support the associated County employees dirty work.

    REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SHALL NOT BE USED FOR SALES, DISPLAY, STORAGE, REPAIR, DISMANTLING, OR SERVICING OF ANY TYPE OR KIND OR OTHER BUSINESS ACTIVITY. .
    County, WHY ? Is the Code Enforcement process not being enforced as written.
    Nor is another mandatory code (attached): 124-124. Screening Required. ALL OUTDOOR STORAGE SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW FROM THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.

    Where and When: Any new Sarasota County Site Development is required. The attached code sections are required for any new Site Development. These code sections are for: Transportation Regulatory Provisions. Sec.124-253.
    The Sec. 124.253.4 Site Access requires the Local Street roadway to be 2- 12 ft. wide travel lanes AND 2- 7 ft. wide paved bike paths.
    WITH: Gantt av. North of Palmer Blvd., illegally being used daily by the Concrete Co. operating from 701 Gantt av. Their (10) Ind. Concrete trucks, are PROHIBITED.
    When, Gantt av. is only, 18 ft.+/- wide. COMPLETELY INADEQUATE...

    County Administrator, READ and ENFORCE immediately, the 124-253 code's language, section 18.3.j., IT'S ATTACHED. Because your staff (you know who) is refusing to do so......
    That's why Gantt av., the asphalt and road base are seriously damaged and failing.

    Why is this (auto service) tenant still conducting business ? When this tenant (unit 6&7) has been conducting an Auto Service business since Sept. 2019 without the code required Business Use Permit.
    Also being associated with Notice Of Violations for un-permitted construction of a complete new bathroom facility, inside of (unit 6&7) since Sept. 2019.
    Also, this tenant that's also the ILW Prop. Mngr.. Has previously been informed during a site visit with the Zoning Admin., Planning & Zoning and the Dist. 1 Cnty. Commissioner, pertaining to outside of the ILW structure (4) Counts of Notice Of Violations. One being, that conducting business in the Off street Parking Lot is PROHIBITED, sec. 7.1.6.

    The photos show this tenants complete disregard and it happens often.
