Description

The sidewalk along E Franklin requires maintenance The sidewalk contains a well used bus stop. The earth has covered the sidewalk, it needs a retaining wall. A wheel chair could not negotiate this. It was difficult to guide a blind person on this sidewalk. Thanks !.
