Don't need a lawsuit, just need to get it fixed. Always going to have some potholes, negligence perhaps if isn't fixed promptly.
Can someone take a picture of it and post it?
Quick recovery from the person with the broken foot!

I talked to 311 today.
We will be having a conversation about sending alerts to them tomorrow.
