This pile has been growing at 17th Street N & 27th Ave N for several days now! What can be done?

Thank you, I will give the new neighbors the benefit of the doubt but if the stuff is still there on Monday I will call Sanitation. BTW the pile now has a sofa and two end tables and more bags of trash.
