There is a deep pothole on the north bound entrance ramp to Lake Shore Dr. from the lower level of Lake Shore Dr after crossing the bridge (north bound) over the Chicago River. The pot hole is on the west side of the entrance ramp near the median and where the entrance ramp joins the LSD.
