5/16/2022 - this property has been ignored by the city tree people. Owners are absentee and the entire yard is blight. In the backyard, there is a pool of stagnant water breeding mosquitos. It is a very long time to have this blight tolerated and in fact added to by the city tree lack of maintenance.

5/16/2022 - the signs from Oct are still there, the cones are still there. The weedy grasses are dry and 4 feet high. 7 months!

Stump was ground by tree contractor.
