Description

new curb ramp installed this summer at jackson and sixth, ne corner, since then, any significant rainfall causes flooding. blacks access to 880 north ramp.
Something went wrong during design or construction, storm drain opening is too small to catch amount of water- constant trash also blocking (homeless encampment adjacent). delaying commute every rain.
install 'gallery' or new drop inlet of larger size IMMEDIATLEY.
