Summonses and immediate work stop order would be more appropriate. I think that anonymous city official is trying to cover up for notorious slam-lord Vincent DeRuggero who already burned down our block on September 2, while running illegal and unsafe activities.
I remind you that your response is a sworn statement and I will request the copy of the warning through ORPA and than through subpoenas.

It’s not true. They still working today after you posted your response. I will no longer bother with any footages because you are determined to look the other way. I have 6 foot crack in the wall and broken drywall in my apartment. By issuing a bogus permit for company that is not licensed to operate by the state you share legal responsibility to what happed. You never sent an inspector to check our damage. It’s ok. We will hire our own. Looking forward to hear your side of story, under oath.
