  Comcast has submitted the construction plans and pulled the permit needed for the project. The latest update is they are planning to begin "in the new year". Due to the nature of the build along Dairy Farm Ln to MD175 the county has requested a traffic plan before work can begin.

  Do you know whether a traffic plan has been submitted/approval? Any other updates you can share with our community? We’ve continued now for months to look at these piles of equipment at the entrance to our community. It’s unsightly. Thanks.

  Public Works approved the traffic plan and permit on February 1st. It expires May 1st. We will check on a start date from Comcast.

  I didn’t see any lines drawn by Miss Utility before digging in our front yards today. You can see multiple wires were cut in the ground as they were inserting Comcast cable wires in the ground.

  The Miss Utility ticket number is #22096279 for your part of the street. BGE Gas & Electric, Verizon and the County all show in the status as marked as of yesterday. Are you talking about the light color cable as the one that is cut?
