Description
Can a "no turn in red during school hours 8:30-9:30, 3:30-4:30" be placed here for traffic on Stephens turning in to (east) Gorman? Cars turn on red which ends up making the traffic already traveling east can't go/block intersection (Like when a car(s) on (east) Gorman is turning on to Stephens, cars from Stephens will turn on to (east) Gorman and 2 or three cars will try and go making the cars on Gorman in the intersection, and the potentially blocking the intersection for cars on Stephens Turing west on Gorman)

Thank you for reporting your issue/request to the Howard County Department of Public Works\Traffic Engineering Division. A time of Day "No Turn on Red" sign for the heavy right turn movement from Stephens Rd to Gorman Rd is not warranted at this time. However, we will keep monitoring this location moving forward.
