  I notified Comcast. Based off of the picture it looks like a cable line but I'm not 100% sure. I have no estimated timeframe.

  I drove by to check on the wire yesterday and I didn't see it. From the older pictures it looks like it was coming from the wire attached to the pole and then hanging down onto the side of the street. I looked at the wire on the side of the house and along the side of Dale Rd and was unable to locate it.
