maybe you should try video taping them while they are out doing what ever and then give it to the police that way they have proof.. call DCS if you believe the children are in danger..

A more humane way to deal with skunk spray is to wash the dog in tomato juice--never bleach. Mary Mushinsky

mary ,you and i would of done that but for god knows what the owner was thinking putting bleach on that poor dog.he was a alsome pitbull,my husband and i use to bring him water, food ,toys,and check on him when they left him in the heat.i called the dog warden more then once but nothing was done...my poor dog freind had to go out like that poor thing i miss him every day..RIP.my friend....

I can't say that anyone is surprised that Meriden Animal Control failed to act inappropriately again. Its a shame that city politics get in a way of well being of animals.

yes this is still going on..cops came a few times about music but he only turned it down for a day or too.oh the pit dog got sprayed by a skunk ,and the owner pored bleach on it to get the smell gone.poor dog a week later they had brought him to the pound and we thought they put him down but then he came home the girl that ownes it told me it was very sick and went to the vets. and given some med's. but didnt tell that her boy friend put bleach on it..and with in a week they had the poor dog back..cant beleave this..with in a few days they are back yelling and smacking it around again poor dog..drugs go on all day now he has a new bunch of frinds out side all day drinking smoking druging..fixing cars all the time..his girl frinds fighting with him all day.I think she getting sick of the people hanging .people move in and out all the time but the city dont do anything.they need to close it down .they in side is nasty.basemint smells like dog crap.cars all apart in driveway. and cars that just sit..

still going on has been for 3 years and they are not planning on stopping or movin till this house is closed down, and as far as the city looking in to it,thats a joke...its not suppose to be a rental rooming house its to be used as a busness only.thats what zoneing told us 7 years ago when they tryed to have them close it down,everone in it at the time was suppose to move and then the landlord was not suppose to use it as a houseing rental.the
y did move out and more but worse people moved in .. landlords both work for state, food stamps and income.all tenints are on all of thats stuff includen disabilty...oh ya the pit bull dog pulled through and is back, the pound or vet fixed it up and gave it back.cant beleave it but its true.if i did that to my dog they would of put me in jail for crulity of animal abuse...all the neibors on are street are sick of it. its like living next to a drug infested car repair shop...i guess we just have to deal with it, no one cares or maybe this city is so poor we cant even affored drug inforcement any more.its a sad becouse i kinow a lot of good people that are and that have moved out of meriden becouse of the same stuff.they left too becouse meriden is so dirty.all over the city looks like no one cleans it.street cleaners only do some streets but the side streets look nasty.and drugs all over even in the good area's now..i see police cars drive by all day never come down and check out whats going on in the back of that house..they are fixing are water system at the top and a cop is right thier and see's but dont care .come on how manny cars pulled in just the other day and the police man didnt see, you would of had to be blind ,he fixes cars all day no for about 3 months now.startes about 11 am. done by atlest 8-9 pm..

yayaya they still out thier...when are things going to change i gather some time never..ya thought so.meriden is a big drug party city we should put a billboared welcome to meriden come all drugges ....why not they are everwhere already..east side are the keep it low so no one knows and west main hoppen like frogs south meriden is the in between ive lived in all three parts lets not for get coloney area going towared berline termpike..ya they are laying low too.and lets not for get the drunks ,bums, and chop shops,,,i dont even see my family here in meriden when they come from the south carolina's i meet them in other towns..so im not ashamed of are nasty city.

the police gave him a worning not to let his dog go in other poeples yards to go the bathroom.,yet they dont investagate what he and the other people in that place are doing..

The police are soon switching to an encrypted radio system, These people will get caught eventually.
I have no doubt the police are aware of the situation in that house and are investigating...they can't just blow down someones door based on a complaint. (Thank God)

The baggies and carp are circumstantial and you mention ALOT of people so it would be hard to pin that stuff on one person....Have you considered video taping the criminal activity? As long as they are in public and not inside their home you are within your rights to video them...but be discreet you don't need another issue.
The video is sufficient evidence for the police to address the issue.

yes i know who he is for sure .he lives in thier. i even know his name so do the police. i dont own a vido cam .and we took pitchures 2 years ago they said we can not do that.i know what i'm doing i have family that are police. and one's that retied from the force.its been years now how meny more do i have to put up with it...and they dont hang out side all the time they come and go.but he is out door's off and on all day if weathers good.i talk to his girl sometimes she getting tiered of his crap, but scared to be on her own.she has disabiltys.she is a good person in a bad relationship.i feel for her.i check on her and the dog often, he fixed her car now and has no license to drive he was arrested 2 years ago and last year for it, now he takes her car all the time its a black and red honda hatchback.he drives it more then her..i hope they get him again.

still going on has been in 4 years untill police have them in jail.now they party in side mostly come out for when its sunny in the late afternoon around 2- 3 pm. unless its warm out or if he has a car or something to work on.

they moved out of the house was evited the land lords made him move when his girlfrien moved out ,she left him becouse he was hitting her and useing crack and other strong drugs,and taking her money for drugs.so he had to leave becouse she was the only on paying the rent..but ill keep a eye open if anyone takes his drug infested spot..
