Hello - We have lived in Grafton for 10+ years now. We have also lived just up the street from the intersection of Follett and Fitzpatrick. We drive our kids to school this way and go for runs past here as well. We have been through this intersection hundreds of times and I cant tell you how many times I or someone else has almost been in an accident.
Its a (3) way T intersection and only one entrance has a stop, the other two have no signage but cross each other as oncoming traffic.
The road that should likely stop (as it comes to an end) doesnt have a stop sign. I also don't recall even a warning sign that you are approaching a T stop. Please take a look and see if anything further could be done to keep the cars and pedestrians safe going through there. Much appreciated !
