There is an issue with homeless people sleeping and doing drugs all day and night in nearby parks. My wife won’t even walk the dog as they are everywhere and unpredictable, i get it, they have to have somewhere to go. But, when there are signs all through sweetbranch park, as well as a sore eye to the 9/11 memorial and all throughout downtown, i am irritated that the safety of a taxpaying family is put to the wayside.
