Description
At the entrance to Horace Mann elementary school there is a leak at the curb. I noticed today that the pool of water accumulated has become filled with mosquito larvae. There must be a leak since there has been no rain lately. Also a crack in the side walk is also forming. Thanks for your prompt attention in this matter. Especially since we need to do all we can to conserve water in this time of drought!!
