Can the city reconsider this structure and/or explain why it is here? If it a mural perhaps it can be mounted on the wall. Currently it also serves as a place in the park that is out of line of site for parents, a receptacle for trash, a blockage of trees, and a location where there are exposed nails sticking straight up on the ground out of the framing. The mural is great, the structure is a nuisance at best and dangerous at worst.
