Description
Carts are piling up at this entrance of the shopping plaza. It's an eye sore for visitors. I've witnessed the residents of nearby motel using them and then dumping them there. I moved into this area for better quality of life and never expected to see this. Can someone contact the businesses to collect their carts and install automatic locks so they can't pass a specific distance from their property? I've also seen people at the bus stop, topple them over to sit as they wait for the bus because there aren't any benches at the
stop.
