High amount of rat activity witnessed during the day originating under the porch and debris in the yard of 14 Central Avenue, several very large rats climbing the chain link fence and entering garbage cans in the yard of 118 Shurtleff St. Several water sources are available as well. This was at about 3pm on Sunday. Garbage was not overflowing, rats were just able to enter the closed lids through holes they created
