The "Wellington Court" street sign is not visible on Rugby Road and Wellington Court. The only sign is behind a large tree. I have reported this TWICE to DOT but it seems there is a reason not to resolve this issue.

Do not have the complaint number for either times I reported this.
The second time I reported this the DOT said it would be fixed by the end of May, after a while you give up caring about these things.
The first time, when I told them the only street sign was behind a tree, they said they were referring the matter to Parks Dept. You want me to remember the complaint number on something that the DOT does not even take seriously?
