The officer driving vehicle #4381 spent 45 minutes parked at the corner of SW 2nd St and 1st Ave talking to his girlfriend and her friend. When the officer got out of vehicle # 4381 he talked with them for a further 10 minutes. He left after he leant in and kissed the shorter of the girls shown in the photo. Meanwhile teenagers are being shot....

Mind your business. You don't know if that cop was on a break, or if he had just ended his shift.
