As I was skating with my friend along lake Merritt path, I ended up tripping and falling over this raised sidewalk. And a older woman saw me fall and stated she had been walking and fell over that same raised sidewalk and got a bruise on her hip. I've also seen ppl other trip fall over that sidewalk in the past and thought that it would be fixed by now.
