Description
I'm concerned that my neighbor immediately to the north (5151 Crystal Springs Dr. may be the address, I'm not certain) may be expanding a deck and performing other work without appropriate authority. The prior owner did that and had to reduce the deck. The site can be seen from my property. Also, I have some other info. My cell is 206-399-2659. Jim Frush
