Description

This issue is going on for years and I have been complaining many times by calling 311. It's hasn't been fixed yet, regardless of the time of the year it's so disgusted after rain or snow. Specifically during summertime. RDA and DEP came and looked at the intersection they have reported as no issues.
I would like someone to look at the issue deeply and resolve it once in for all.
