This property changed hands over a year ago and was being renovated. It is next to a lot that once had a home (that house was removed by the county for flood issues). Now the house pictured is clearly vacant, you can see no furniture through the windows at street level and no cars are ever parked there. At one time there were many cars with NY plates. Please enforce the codes for grass above the recommended height. Or, is this property next to be removed because it is in the flood plain?
