the duckpond has been dredged and the City did not relocated the pair of black swans. the swans are in a contaminated cesspool with no food.. the SF zoo could have kept them during this project. was a DEP permit pulled? this is not right

Please call Mitchell Morgan at 393-8114 regarding this matter and your question. In regards to the Swans/Ducks, please be advised they are owned by the Duck Pond HOA whom Public Works notified prior to dredging.
