Description
OVERFLOWING TRASH BINS!!!
When the weather is good and more people come to the park, there will be more trash. If Parks Dept doesn't increase their pickup schedule, the trash will spill over and become an even BIGGER problem. Install MORE bins, and/or INCREASE frequency of collections please. Thank you.
