Hi, Corporate wants to send us a food truck for employee appreciation. We were going to have it behind our building. What, if anything, do we need to make this happen? Obviously we will make certain it has a current Florida Department of Business Professional Regulation (DBPR) Mobile Food Service License kept inside the vehicle. Is there anything else? Thanks.
